It is easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, and stable at room temperature. Product Application  1. Food Industry: Used as food additive, including nutrient supplement (calcium fortification for dairy products, beverages), preservative (extending shelf life of bread and pastries), buffering agent, stabilizer, and coagulant for tofu (providing tender taste). 2. Pharmaceutical Field: As a phosphorus binder for treating hyperphosphatemia in dialysis patients, and calcium supplement for the elderly, children and osteoporosis patients. 3. Industrial Field: Applied in chemical synthesis, printing and dyeing.
