Product Description Gellan Gum is a white to off-white free-flowing powder produced by microbial fermentation. As a food-grade thickener and gelling agent, it has excellent gelling, thickening and stabilizing properties, good heat and acid resistance. It is non-toxic, safe, non-cariogenic and no calorie intake, certified by BRC, ISO, FDA, HACCP. Packaged in 25kg bags/drums, origin China, supporting bulk orders, samples and flexible payment terms.
Product Application 1. Food Industry: Widely used in Meat, Drinks, Flour Products, Condiment, Jelly/Ice Cream and Baked Goods as thickener, gelling agent and stabilizer, improving texture and extending shelf life. 2. Beverage Industry: Added to fruit juices, dairy drinks and functional drinks to enhance stability and prevent precipitation. 3.
