Soybean protein isolate is a full-value protein food additive produced from low-temperature desolvable soybean meal. The protein content of soybean protein isolate is over 90% and there are nearly 20 types of amino acids, including essential amino acids. It is rich in nutrients and contains no cholesterol, and is one of the few vegetable proteins that can replace animal proteins.
