It has high purity (≥98.0%), excellent chelating properties and stability, non-toxic and safe. As a versatile additive, it is widely used in food, industrial, pharmaceutical and construction fields. Produced by microbial fermentation, it has good compatibility and can be customized in specifications and packaging to meet the diverse needs of global buyers.
Product Application 1. Food Industry: Used as stabilizer, pH regulator and chelating agent in beverages, dairy products, canned food and meat products, improving product stability and extending shelf life. 2. Industrial Field: As corrosion inhibitor in water treatment, concrete admixture to delay setting, and chelating agent in electroplating. 3. Pharmaceutical Field: As excipient and pH regulator in medicines, and auxiliary in oral care products. 4.
